Its string-thru design makes changing strings easier, whilst the absence of a tension bar provides a shallower break angle for a smoother playing feel. Its die-cast aluminium frame and gold finish complement the instrument’s vintage aesthetic.

Designed for large Gretsch hollow-body guitars, the Gretsch Branded Bigsby B6 String-Thru Gold Tailpiece combines vibrato functionality with classic aesthetics. Its pinless String-Thru design makes changing strings easier by eliminating the need to thread the ball end of the string through the string post.

The absence of a tension bar creates a shallower break angle above the bridge, contributing to a smoother playing feel. To accommodate pitch changes, the B6 uses low-friction needle bearings precision-manufactured in the USA, designed to allow the string-thru bar to return precisely to pitch.

Its die-cast aluminium frame and stainless steel handle form the body of the vibrato. It is fitted near the strap button using the three screws supplied. The spring, washer and felt pads are also included.
