The Hama HL-500-C LED head torch allows you to keep both hands free whilst providing a focused beam of light on whatever lies ahead. Whether you’re running at dusk, doing DIY in a dimly lit space, walking, camping or hiking, its 500 lumens provide a beam of light up to 110 metres, according to the specified specifications. Its lightweight body, weighing just 120 g, and adjustable elastic headband make it comfortable to wear during your activities.

Two white LEDs allow you to adapt the lighting to the situation with four modes: right LED only, left LED only, both LEDs on, and continuously adjustable brightness. The sensor mode adds a handy feature: simply waving your hand in front of the sensor changes the mode without having to press a button. The beam angle is also vertically adjustable so you can precisely direct the light, whether you’re looking straight ahead, down at the ground or at a work area.

The HL-500-C is powered by a 3.7 V rechargeable polymer battery and is charged using the supplied USB-C cable. The four indicator lights show the battery charge level. Its IP44 rating protects it from splashing water, whilst the headband’s retro-reflective strips improve your visibility in the dark, particularly when travelling on foot or by bike.
