Discover the Park P18LH 'Little 45' from Hiwatt, a tube head designed for the studio and small stages. Inspired by the first Plexi Parks P45 circuits (Bluesbreaker™), it delivers sparkling clean tones, subtle or powerful bluesy overdrives and classic rock tones, always with Park authenticity.

This small head features full-size Park transformers for a rich low-end sound. Power output is flexible, from 15 to 23 W depending on the choice of power tubes and rectifier type. With the "Auto Bias" function, you can select between 6V6, 6L6 or EL34, modulating the character and dynamics of your sound: from the easy, warm drive of 6V6 to the more present midrange and softer overdrive of EL34.

The P18LH also offers a choice of rectifier: 5Y3 tube for a smooth, compressed sound, GZ34 for a transistor-like feel, or directly solid state for a more precise, powerful and airy sound. The two channels, each with Volume and Tone, and the PPIMV (Post Phase Inverter Master Volume) allow the full richness of the sound to be retained even at low volume, or the master volume to be 'removed' for classic behaviour.

Compact and lightweight, dressed in black Tolex, the Park P18LH 'Little 45' is aimed at guitarists looking for versatility and authenticity. It delivers all the nuances of a true Plexi, in a headstock that's discreet in size but impossible to ignore for its sonic character.

Jim Marshall is best known for running a shop where local musicians could meet, swap and try out equipment. He sold his amps worldwide under the Marshall brand, but in the UK he used the name Park Amplifiers. The shop served as a valuable testing ground for new products and kept Jim in touch with the exploding UK music scene. Park amps, often described as 'a bit hotter', are highly sought after in the UK as they are much rarer than their Marshall-branded equivalents.

Mitch Colby has devoted his life to working with Marshall Amplification and has spent a dozen years perfecting the Park range. He's taken the best existing circuits and painstakingly recreated the original sounds and tonal signature of Jim's early days. In addition, Mitch has designed four new amplifiers to carry on the spirit and incredible legacy of Jim Marshall and the Park Amplifiers.
