Clean tones retain plenty of depth and definition, even when you turn up the gain to get a slight crunch. The Bright switch adds more brightness and air at the top end of the spectrum, which works great for arpeggios, slide or modern blues sounds. The footswitch-activated boost adds a more edgy grain without making the sound aggressive. So you can switch easily between clean playing and livelier saturation during a gig or studio session.

This amp head also comes in very handy when you're playing without a cabinet, thanks to the integrated Two notes Torpedo system. You can record directly into an audio interface, play through headphones or send a mix-ready signal to a console using the on-board cabinet simulations. The 6 virtual cabs accessible from the front panel already allow you to cover many different styles, and MIDI access opens up even more possibilities. This configuration makes rehearsals, silent gigs or working at home late at night much simpler.

The all-tube design with 2 x 12AX7 tubes and 2 x 6V6 tubes retains a real organic feel under the fingers. The reduction from 20 W to 4 W helps to achieve a more powerful sound at lower volumes without losing the amp's personality. The integrated digital reverb remains musical and discreet, while the buffered effects loop easily accepts delays, reverbs and external modulations.
