Ibanez - AAD50 LG

The Ibanez AAD50 LG is an acoustic guitar designed to deliver powerful sound and exceptional playability. Thanks to its unique "Grand Dreadnought" shape, this guitar is 5% larger than a classic dreadnought, allowing it to generate greater volume, a richer tone, and a deeper bass response.

This redesigned body configuration is the result of years of research and development at Ibanez, with the aim of creating a guitar capable of meeting the expectations of modern players, while maintaining great playing comfort thanks to its careful ergonomics.

The choice of materials contributes greatly to the sound quality of this guitar. The solid Sitka spruce top produces a clear and powerful projection, while the sapele back and sides bring a pleasant warmth and roundness to the whole.

The okoume neck, combined with a purpleheart fingerboard and bridge, ensures excellent resonance while offering a smooth and comfortable playing experience.

The guitar also features X-M bracing, an internal bracing system that maximizes the transmission of string vibrations to the body. Developed through years of experimentation, this X-bracing contributes to clear bass, precise treble, and a warm midrange, while ensuring wide dynamics and optimal response on stage or in the studio.

The 18:1 ratio chrome tuners ensure precise and stable tuning, while the Ibanez Advantage bridge pins make string changes easy while maintaining good string retention.

This AAD50 LG is strung with D'Addario EXP16 strings that perfectly complement the natural projection of this guitar.
