JBL POLE MA Manual Coupling Bar The JBLPOLE-MA from JBL Professional connects a loudspeaker to a subwoofer in a single step, without the need for assistance. With a load capacity of 34 kg and an M20 thread, it is compatible with the majority of touring loudspeakers, from clubs to outdoor stages.

The ergonomic Z-shaped adjustment knob can be operated with a full grip, even when wearing work gloves. The die-cast metal clamping ring locks the selected position in place and features an anti-over-tightening mechanism.
The lower M20 x 2.5 mm thread corresponds to the standard used on most professional subwoofers; it features a die-cast zinc fitting which JBL claims is thirty times stronger than an equivalent made from ABS plastic or nylon. The 38 mm pole diameter and the 35 mm upper adapter cover both contact points: the subwoofer at the bottom and the speaker at the top.
The pole itself is made from 6000-series aluminium that has been extruded and double-drawn, a process that minimises the pole’s overall weight without compromising its load-bearing capacity. It has a load capacity of 34 kg (75 lb) and is adjustable in height from 914 to 1397 mm (36 to 55 inches), depending on the stage or ceiling in question.
In terms of compatibility, the bar can be fitted to JBL EON, PRX, JRX, IRX, STX, VRX and SRX enclosures.
