A laser designed for outdoor use is not subject to the same constraints as a conventional model. Here, the issue is not just power or effects, but the ability to maintain stable operation in constantly changing conditions. The DS-15.000 IP65 is built around this logic.

Its waterproof casing directly changes the way it is operated. Rain, dust, temperature variations, prolonged installation... these elements become secondary. This opens up a range of uses that would be inconceivable with a standard laser, particularly for outdoor events or fixed installations where access to the equipment is limited.

The power available means that visibility remains clear even in open environments. The beams remain well defined, with contained divergence, ensuring good readability at a distance. This is essential when the laser needs to cover a large area or remain visible despite other light sources.

The integrated ShowNET card simplifies the overall architecture. There is no need to add an external interface for software control, which reduces the number of components to be installed and secured. The system can be networked, using DMX, Art-Net or ILDA, depending on the level of control required.

It can also be operated as a stand-alone unit. The built-in patterns can be triggered directly or used as a basis for operation without a computer. Customised content can also be added and stored in the system, enabling a show to be prepared in advance and quickly deployed on site.

In a more advanced configuration, the laser can be integrated into a network of machines. DMX, ILDA or network chaining enables several units to be synchronised, making it ideal for large-scale installations or complex set designs.
