The Material
The 5-piece Wenge/Maple neck is not a joint - it's a backbone. The alternating wood species creates directional rigidity: vibrations travel without dispersion from the nut to the saddle, the bass remains anchored, the treble keeps its edge. Under the fingers, the Palemoon Ebony fingerboard is dense and dry, without the greasiness of rosewood - a touch that places each note with the precision of a scalpel. The 18" radius flattens the string so that low chords sound open, while high notes never choke under the bends. The stainless steel Medium Jumbo frets hold their crown over years of intense use - the intonation remains that of the first day.
The Gesture
The Legator Ghost lockable bridge and saddle lock close the system on both sides: a chord played at the beginning of the set is still there on the last note. The push/pull switch glides between the two voices of the Fishman Fluence Moderns - from a biting attack to a more open spectrum, without touching the 3-position selector.
