Mackie - DL16SE
Mackie's DL16SE is a 16-channel rack-mount digital mixer featuring Onyx+ preamps renowned for their clarity and dynamic range, making it ideal for demanding stage environments. It offers full wireless control via the multi-platform Master Fader SE app (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows), allowing up to 20 devices to manage the mix simultaneously, with storage for up to 99 scenes per show. For the user, this means maximum flexibility: multi-recording via USB 16x16, full DSP processing (EQ, compressors, limiters, spectrographs), and a robust 'built-like-a-tank' design that ensures reliability and mobility on tour as well as in fixed installations.
Presentation
Its 16 x 16 USB interface lets you record and replay your multichannel sessions with 24-bit to 48 kHz conversion, and its latency of just 1.5 ms ensures responsive monitoring that's faithful to the original signal. Each channel benefits from full DSP processing: 4-band EQ, high-pass filter, gate and compression are directly accessible, while the real-time analyser makes it easy to fine-tune your balances.
The 13 output busses, stereo subgroups and aux sends offer flexible routing, complemented by 4 integrated stereo effects processors and an assignable oscillator for generating pink noise, white noise or sine waves. Wireless control via the Master Fader SE app turns any tablet into a mobile mixing surface, with up to 20 devices simultaneously.
Modern and Vintage modes modulate compressors and EQ to suit your style, while the included Waveform OEM software completes the studio experience. Compact, lightweight and rack-mountable in 3U, the DL16SE combines practicality and performance for every sound environment.
