In 2016, Mahalo decided to review and enhance the quality of its flagship ukulele. After making a few modifications to the bridge, the Mahalo luthiers wanted to equip their ukulele with quality strings and opted for Aquila. These strings clearly promote a full, powerful, balanced and rich sound.
