The Martin Audio SXHF218 is a subwoofer that combines a hybrid horn/reflex load to deliver exceptional performance in terms of acoustic efficiency and low-frequency extension.
Designed for use with Wavefront Precision (WPL) loudspeaker systems, it produces an impressive SPL with a peak of 148 dB at 1 meter.
This model allows for flexible configuration for outdoor events such as festivals or concerts, while being ideal for permanent installations in stadiums or concert halls.
Thanks to its 18-inch drivers with 4.5-inch voice coil and water-resistant cone, the SXHF218 delivers deep and punchy bass reproduction.
Integration of the Martin Audio SXHF218 into large-scale PA setups is made easy by its robust multi-laminate plywood construction, perforated steel protective grille and integrated flight brackets.
This subwoofer is ideal for setups where precise directional sound dispersion is required, thanks to the ability to direct the speakers front or rear. With a frequency range of 32 Hz to 150 Hz, it is capable of reproducing low frequencies with great clarity and consistency, regardless of the environment.
