The D-28 Satin Golden Era LH from Martin & Co is aimed at left-handed guitarists who are attached to the 14-fret dreadnought format and its assertive character. Its solid Sitka spruce top, combined with an East Indian rosewood back and sides, delivers a balanced spectrum, with present bass and defined treble.
The advanced Golden Era scalloped bracing provides ample projection and a dynamic response that's equally suited to finger-style playing and sustained rhythm. The select wood neck, featuring the GE Modified Low Oval profile and High-Performance Taper, is easy to move and provides an even feel throughout.
The ebony fingerboard and bridge add to the clarity of attack and sustain. The mother-of-pearl inlays, nickel open gear, Aging Toner satin finish and tortoiseshell pickguard are reminiscent of the aesthetics of historic models.
Delivered in a moulded hard case and equipped with Martin Authentic Acoustic Lifespan® 2.0 strings, this D-28 LH accompanies the musician at home, in the studio or on stage, with consistency and versatility.
