ARTICLE N° 119564
The Martin & Co HD12-28 Golden Era LH is a left-handed acoustic guitar that incorporates the sonic texture of a twelve-string instrument. Its fourteen-fret Dreadnought format ensures balanced projection, suitable for both solo performances and band accompaniment.

The structure is based on a solid Sitka spruce top with Indian rosewood back and sides. This combination of woods produces an acoustic response characterised by a strong bass, defined midrange and precise treble, allowing the full spectrum of the sound to be exploited.

The ergonomics of the instrument have been designed to make it easy to play on a wide neck. The Performing Artist profile, combined with the Wide High Performance Taper, offers consistent comfort when playing complex chords on the ebony fingerboard.

Visually, the guitar's understated finishes, including discreet inlays and a tortoiseshell pickguard, underline its classic character. The sculpted X-bracing plays a key role in the overall resonance, promoting natural dynamics and consistent note clarity throughout the neck.

To ensure that it is protected when on the move, the instrument is supplied in a rigid moulded case. It is initially fitted with Martin Authentic Acoustic® strings to ensure that it can be used immediately with the right components.

By choosing this Golden Era model, the left-handed guitarist has a reliable and stable tool, capable of producing a depth of sound rich in harmonics for everyday or professional use.
