Compact and discreet, the Meinl Marshmallow MMP6BK pad lets you practice drums without disturbing anyone else. Its thick foam surface reproduces a natural bounce while considerably reducing the volume. Thanks to this silence, you can work on your rudiments early in the morning or late at night without fear of complaints from the neighbours.

The feel under the sticks remains close to that of a skin, making transitions to acoustic drums much smoother. With its 6" diameter, it fits easily into a bag or case, ideal for travelling or warming up before a gig.

It also features an 8mm threaded insert, so you can attach it to a cymbal stand for a natural playing position. Its padded composite underside prevents it from slipping, even when placed on a table or desk.

You can also use it to develop wrist power, thanks to the slight cushioning provided by the foam. Compared with rigid pads, it forces you to adjust your stroke and gain in precision.
