Neewer - FS230B

The NEEWER FS230B is positioned as a two-colour COB source for users who need a high level of power while keeping the projector relatively compact and easy to transport. With its 230W and illuminance of up to 110,000 lux at 1 metre, this model can easily be used as the main light for interviews, video shoots, streaming or more ambitious photo shoots.

The COB technology used by the FS230B provides concentrated light with good light output, particularly useful when a light modifier is fitted to the Bowens mount. The reflector supplied also helps to maximise intensity while maintaining even diffusion thanks to its internal reflective structure.

The two-colour setting from 2700K to 6500K makes it easy to adapt the light to the needs of the shoot. A warm temperature may be suitable for more natural or cinematographic atmospheres, while a cooler light is more suitable for corporate content, streaming or product shots.

The PWM dimming system developed by NEEWER allows precise adjustment of brightness from 0 to 100%, with gradual variations and no visible flicker. The four dimming curves available also enable the light response to be fine-tuned according to working habits or type of production.

The FS230B also incorporates several remote control tools. The NEEWER application enables grouped control of several lights, OTA updates and various advanced management modes such as Source Match or FX Music. The 2.4G wireless system makes it easy to synchronise with other compatible NEEWER models when several projectors are used on the same set.

Automatic cooling adjusts the fan speed according to the internal temperature to limit operating noise during sensitive audio recordings. This thermal management ensures that the light remains stable even during prolonged use.
