The NXTa 4-string Sunburst is an electric violin designed for musicians who want a natural feel but with the flexibility of modern electronics. The instrument is a pleasure to play, whether for long rehearsals, concerts or working at home. Its solid maple body and flamed maple top contribute to a stable, clear sound that's close to that of an acoustic violin, without a rough or metallic feel.

One of the special features of this model is its rechargeable active system. One minute is all it takes to get several hours of use, with a clean, constant signal. If required, the instrument can also operate in passive mode, like a standard NXT. This dual approach makes the unit flexible for use with different amps, effects or environments.

The hand-graduated fingerboard and slightly asymmetrical profile help to maintain a consistent feel across the entire neck, particularly in high positions. The removable heel also contributes to unobstructed access to the high registers. The ebony chin rest and included shoulder rest stabilise the violin naturally, without the need for constant posture adjustments.
