The CR Omni Bass 4-string Amber Stain transforms the perception of the electric double bass. With its 34″ pitch, playing remains instinctive for any bassist, but the sonic palette expands considerably: punchy pizzicato, singing sustain, clear harmonics or expressive bowed tones, every note comes to life under your fingers.

The solid maple body and neck, topped with a flamed maple top, ensure stability and clarity. The TransRadius fingerboard, graduated and asymmetrical with cascading markings, provides optimum comfort across the entire neck, even in the highest registers, while facilitating fluid bowing and pizzicato playing. Experienced bassists and novices alike will find this an intuitive, responsive instrument.

The sound is shaped by the Polar Piezo system, which distinguishes between vertical vibrations for a sustained pizzicato and lateral vibrations for bowing or percussive plucking. Magnetic EMG pickups add classic electric tones, with a silent preamp and adjustable coils for precise control. The EMG 18V active circuit and on-board EQ let you adapt the sound instantly, from studio to stage.
