The MC Cadenza Black is equipped with a boron cantilever and a Shibata diamond, two high-quality components that guarantee precise groove tracking and an exceptional level of detail.
The voice coil is made from 99.9999% pure silver wire (6N) and gold-plated (Aucurum), guaranteeing optimum conductivity. The winding of the turns has been optimised to ensure excellent channel separation.
The cell uses WRD damping technology, also found on the Ortofon MC Anna phono cell, allowing independent control of low and high frequencies.
The magnets used are made of neodymium, a material widely used in hi-fi because of the powerful magnetic field it provides.
Thanks to this cutting-edge engineering, the MC Cadenza Black delivers sound reproduction of exceptional precision and musicality.
Low frequencies are powerful and deep, mids are clear and balanced, and highs are brilliant and detailed.
The soundstage is broad and deep, with a precise and lively sonic image.
