ARTICLE N° 121027
The Otto Link OLMTNY7E New York 7* tenor saxophone mouthpiece is designed to give you a wide, deep sound in the spirit of the old Otto Links. Its wide chamber and low baffle produce a round sound with plenty of substance. The 7* (.105) opening gives you more room to blow and work on your sound. You'll quickly feel that your playing is fluid and natural.

This model is ideal if you want a warm sound but with a little more air and presence. Notes come out easily and remain stable, even when you play softly. The attack is smooth, which helps with jazz phrasing and ballads. You can also turn up the volume without the sound becoming harsh.

The 24-carat gold-plated metal construction provides strength and consistency. The metal ligature holds the reed in place for constant vibration. The mouthpiece cover protects the mouthpiece during transport. Each part is precision-machined and then hand-polished to guarantee a reliable result.

The OLMTNY7E works very well in classical jazz, blues or small ensembles. The sound remains wide, with a strong bass and smooth highs. You retain control over your nuances and your breath.
