The PAN01 PRO is the deluxe version of the passive direct box PAN01, proven a thousand times on the road and in all concerts. 'Luxury' here means that compared to the PAN01, everything is enhanced, to take account of the difficulties of using on tour.

The housing is steel 2mm thick, to withstand all of the stresses of a mechanical nature, and has very robust metal switches for the attenuator PAD and ground lift switch, to resist rigors of touring and performing. His transformer was completely revised and improved, with greater magnetic core, providing increased dynamic range and headroom, and a metal cover to enhance the shielding.
Furthermore, the parallel output of PAN01 PRO is now switched as additional input - thereby summing mono stereo output of an instrument (e.g., a keyboard) and recover the mono signal on the output of the balanced XLR PAN01 PRO.
