With a long case like the MAX1100, the question of weight quickly becomes central. Poor balance can make transport less stable and increase stress on certain equipment. The HDSPUMAX1100S distributes the contents more evenly.

The kit is organised in three layers. A bottom foam that absorbs impacts, a pre-cut intermediate foam that creates the compartments, and a honeycomb foam in the lid that holds everything together when closed. This structure stabilises the contents over the entire surface.

The central foam allows the material to be distributed logically. Items can be organised according to their weight or frequency of use, by creating appropriate zones. This is ideal for a variety of equipment such as microphones, HF systems, technical accessories or longer items.

High density plays an important role here. It means that partitions can be maintained without sagging, even with heavier loads. The cut-outs remain stable, the walls retain their rigidity and the equipment stays in place.

This organisation helps to limit internal displacements and to distribute stresses throughout the case, rather than on isolated points.
