A suitcase never stays still for very long. Loading, transporting, handling... the contents are constantly on the move. The HDSPUMAX540H190 is designed to deal with this reality by stabilising the equipment inside the MAX540H190.
The kit is based on a simple, effective structure. The bottom foam absorbs shocks, the pre-cut intermediate foam allows you to create suitable slots, and the honeycomb lid foam holds the whole assembly in position when the case is closed. This combination acts as a complete cushioning system.
The central foam allows the placement areas to be precisely defined. By removing the pre-cut blocks, you can create compartments adapted to the equipment being transported. This is suitable for equipment such as microphones, HF systems, electronic boxes, technical accessories or recording equipment.
The high-density version is more resistant to movement. The cut-outs remain stable, the walls retain their rigidity and the equipment stays in place, even during repeated transport or vibration.
This dynamic behaviour is particularly useful when the case is moved frequently. The contents don't shift, items don't clash and organisation remains intact.
The kit is easy to adjust, so you can change the layout if you need to, while maintaining a solid base.
