Panaro - MAX615S Trolley

The MAX615S Trolley takes transport to a whole new level. The internal volume of 615 x 615 x 360 mm isn't just for storage, it's also a great way to work out the layout of large-scale equipment. Unlike an empty version, this version incorporates cubic foam in the base and honeycomb foam in the lid, which immediately changes the approach.

The pre-cut foam means that you can create customised locations without having to go through any specific manufacturing process. All you have to do is remove the necessary blocks to adapt the shape to the equipment. This principle works particularly well for bulky assemblies or fixed configurations that need to be transported regularly without being dismantled.

With 135 litres available, there's plenty of space to accommodate large items of equipment, while still retaining effective support thanks to the foam. The useful height of 360 mm provides real room for imposing items, without having to compress them or stack them in an unstable way.

The trolley system really comes into its own here. When empty, the case already weighs 15kg, making manual transport impractical over time. The telescopic handle and wheels allow the whole thing to be moved smoothly, with minimal physical effort.

The outer structure is based on a polypropylene body with nylon clasps. The perimeter seal is IP67-rated, protecting the contents from water and dust. An automatic depressurisation valve balances the internal pressure during changes in altitude.
