Presentation
The Pearl PSK-5 Shekere Small is groove in a small package! This shekere takes its inspiration directly from the traditional instruments of West Africa, with beads that roll, clatter and dance around the shell.
There's no fragile calabash here: the structure is made of material designed to last, and the mesh is hand-woven with hard beads for good response.
You can play on the fly: shaking, striking or stroking the beads to create all kinds of rhythms. It fits comfortably in your hand, doesn't weigh much and is easy to carry around.
It's a great tool for percussionists on the move or for musical workshops!
