SB-1 has an input jack and a standard instrument thru output for your tuner or your amp on stage. Ultra quiet active circuit converts the high-impedance low signal to reduce sensitivity to noise and interference which is induced on long cables. With 48V phantom power, the SB-1 requires no batteries or external power to function. simply plug in and you're ready to play!
