Rode - VXLR Pro
The RODE VXLR Pro is a TRS to XLR adaptor designed to provide a reliable, balanced connection between a mini-jack microphone and an XLR input. It also converts phantom power to power plug-in microphones.
Presentation
The adapter also features automatic conversion from 12-48 V phantom power to 4 V plug-in power. This capability greatly extends compatibility, allowing microphones such as the VideoMicro, VideoMic GO or other plug-in power models to operate directly via an XLR input without the need for additional accessories. The lockable connector secures the unit, preventing accidental disconnection during filming, mobile interviewing or recording on the move.
The design remains compact, thanks to a robust metal body that inspires confidence while remaining easy to integrate into any configuration. The VXLR Pro is aimed at users who need a reliable, simple and well-built adaptor capable of bridging the gap between 'camera' environments and professional audio consoles. It's a discreet but essential accessory for all those who navigate between different types of equipment.
