With its 8-inch diameter, the Sabian HHX Complex Splash fits perfectly when it comes to adding short, expressive accents to drumming. Its dual HH and HHX hammering produces a dark, rich and complex tone, with a musicality that adds depth to every accent.
Its extra-thin profile ensures a very fast response: the cymbal reacts immediately to the stick and produces its effect without requiring much energy. The controlled decay then allows the sound to fade away cleanly, ideal for stringing together accents without creating excessive tailing.
