In many event installations, a narrow beam can have just as much impact as a much more powerful spotlight when positioned correctly. The Showtec LED Pinspot Q4 illustrates this principle with an approach that favours precision over dispersion. Its 15 W RGBW LED offers a wide enough palette to create bold or more measured hues, depending on the ambience required. This model, often referred to as Pinspot Q4, LED Pinspot Q4 or Pinspot-Q4 in lighting configurations, stands out for its ability to produce a beam of just 3.2°, making it easy to create targeted highlights.

The spotlight's compact design reduces placement constraints, particularly in bars, clubs, function rooms or small stages where every centimetre counts. Its luminous flux remains concentrated on a small area, making it particularly suitable for illuminating a disco ball, highlighting a decorative element or directing a precise spotlight from a distance of up to 10 metres. The ABS plastic structure means the luminaire weighs very little, making it easy to assemble repeatedly or install in a single spot.

The Pinspot Q4 can operate in stand-alone mode, using its built-in programmes, or be controlled via DMX on 4, 6 or 8 channels. This choice of modes means it can be adapted to both a simple installation and an environment controlled from a console. A strobe and dimmer add considerable flexibility to dynamic set-ups. Convection cooling ensures silent operation, and the IP20 rating indicates that it is intended for indoor use.

Supplied with a mounting bracket and fitted with a fixed 1.5 m mains cable, this model is designed to be up and running quickly.
