Showtec - Media Panel 50

The Showtec Media Panel 50 is aimed at content creators and professionals looking for reliable, stable and faithful lighting for video. It is based on a matrix of daylight LEDs totalling 50 watts, configured to offer extremely natural rendering with a colour rendering index of over 98. This colour accuracy, coupled with a fixed, controlled colour temperature of 5000 K, means that you can work with peace of mind in a studio environment or in more improvised set-ups, without having to compensate for dominant tones in post-production.

Its generous 143° angle of view makes it easy to evenly illuminate a face or set, even when the panel is positioned very close to the subject. This is an advantage for streamers, vloggers or online trainers working in small rooms. The luminous flux reaches 4000 lumens, leaving plenty of scope for fine-tuning the light level thanks to the manual dimmer on the back. The LED display shows the selected intensity immediately.

The physical design of the Media Panel 50 remains simple to handle. It comes with a range of useful accessories: a four-leaf barn door to control diffusion, a 16 mm spigot adapter and a mains adapter. A V-Mount is available as an option for battery-powered operation, useful for newsgathering or mobile shooting.
