In a theatre or studio, light isn't just for illumination: it has to tell a story. That's exactly what the Showtec Performer 1500 Fresnel Tungsten offers, a 100 W LED spotlight that combines power and finesse to bring out the best in actors, sets and atmospheres.
Its special feature is its warm rendering, with a colour temperature that can be adjusted from 2700 K to 4500 K. This flexibility means you can switch from an intimate atmosphere to more neutral, balanced lighting. Its CRI of 95 ensures that colours are faithfully reproduced, which is essential for costumes and faces, which retain all their authenticity once on stage.
The beam can be shaped using a wide manual zoom, from 10° to 50°, to target a detail or bathe an entire space in even light. Fluid dimming from 0 to 100%, controllable via DMX, offers total control over intensity, from the most subtle transitions to the most dramatic effects. With its 25 kHz refresh rate and built-in strobe (0-25 Hz), it is also ideal for video and TV environments, with no unwanted flicker.
