The main purpose of the Sky Music SG12FR is to limit the harmonics that are too present on the drums. By reducing these resonances, they make playing more legible.
Their soft but firm gel absorbs vibrations in a targeted way. They can be placed directly on the skin without the need for additional accessories. Because they adhere naturally, they don't move during play. However, they can be effortlessly removed and replaced elsewhere. Their washable surface means they can be simply wiped clean and their effectiveness is restored.
They are also useful on cymbals to reduce sustain. With 12 pieces included, the pack offers many possible combinations. The carrying case supplied means you can always keep them close to hand.
