Designed for live performances, the Teenage Engineering EP-2350 MIC FX combines a standalone portable microphone, vocal effects and sample triggering.
It features four effects: Echo, Spring (with spring reverb), Pixie and Robot, as well as four easily replaceable audio samples. The effects presets can be customised via a simple JSON file.
Thanks to its line output with a coiled 3.5 mm jack cable, the EP-2350 MIC FX connects directly to EP Series devices and PA systems. This design makes it ideal for live performances, beatmaking and sound design. Its lo-fi sound is intentional by design.
Power can be supplied by two AAA batteries or via USB-C, depending on the configuration used. The microphone is therefore a portable tool that combines vocal recording, effects processing and sample triggering in a single device.
