The TD 101 A, part of THORENS' new range of fully automatic turntables, offers both quality and simplicity, thanks in particular to its integrated phono pre-amplifier that guarantees easy and complete connection to any modern audio installation. Equipped with a belt drive system and a pre-mounted AT 3600 moving magnet cartridge, the TD 101 A is the perfect solution for all vinyl enthusiasts, but also for those taking their first steps in this world.

With the TD 101 A, everything is set up so that the user's only task is to enjoy the track being played, without worrying about setting it up.
The selectors (particularly the speed) on the front panel, combined with the tone arm that automatically positions and stows itself each time it's used, make it quick and easy to use. Sound quality is impeccable, thanks to the combination of an aluminium platter and a rubber platter cover to absorb unwanted vibrations.
In addition to a newly developed aluminium tone arm, your turntable comes with a pre-mounted Audio-Technica AT 3600 cartridge. The cartridge is equipped with a moving magnet (VM) generator and has a frequency response of 20 Hz to 22 kHz.
It is possible to replace the AT 3600 cell with the cell of your choice, provided it is in 1/2" format.
