This mechanical architecture limits speed variations and ensures the playback of 33 rpm and 45 rpm vinyl records with a sound continuity suited to modern hi-fi systems.
Thorens has integrated a switchable MM phono preamplifier for direct connection to a stereo amp, hi-fi system or active speakers, even without a dedicated phono input.
The carbon-fibre tone arm ensures precise groove tracking, reducing gaps when playing old or new vinyl records.
