The Tobago C5 case does not squeeze the Gotoh 35G1600 mechanics. The 130 mm head offers plenty of air.
A guitar with a cutaway and preamp will fit in just fine. The electronics don't bang, nothing pushes against the walls.
The Cordoba C12 rests without direct contact under the top. The bottom is flat and the pressure well distributed. There's no crushing at all.
Faced with light rain? A few drops bead up without penetrating. But on a wet pavement, the moisture eventually passes through.
The side handle doesn't tip the case over. It remains stable, firmly seated on its entire base.
Slip on a carabiner strap? No problem. The lid closes without forcing, so nothing moves or warps.
