Tube Tech's ME 1B is a full-tube, single channel, passive equalizer based on Pultec's legendary MEQ5 with two boost sections and one dip section. Tube Tech ME1B is able to model medium frequencies in a very nice way, as only a passive equalizer is able to do. It combines a passive filter section with a tube push-pull amplification stage, which restores the gain level. ME 1B is the ideal partner for the EQ PE1C program, and works very well as an equalizer for many different uses.
