Ligature and Cap
The Vandoren M/O LC54PP pewter bass clarinet ligature holds the reed in place with precision while allowing its vibration to develop freely. Its symmetrical single screw clamping system and two inverted contact points improve articulation and responsiveness. Supplied with a plastic mouthpiece cover, it can be quickly positioned over the mouthpiece and protects the mouthpiece when stored.

Presentation
The Vandoren M/O LC54PP pewter bass clarinet ligature is designed to stabilise the reed while allowing its vibrations to propagate naturally. Inspired by the Master and Optimum models, it can be fitted quickly to the ebonite mouthpiece thanks to its unique screw system. The two inverted contact points on the reed provide a precise hold without interfering with the sound.
This configuration promotes clean articulation and a smooth response, even in fast passages or on long notes. Symmetrical tightening ensures that pressure remains balanced all around the reed.
