This model forms part of the Terra series, characterised by an exclusive staining process that penetrates the fibres without obscuring the natural grain of the American hickory, ensuring that no two pairs look exactly the same. Retaining the physical characteristics of the X5A profile, this version features an extended overall length of 16.5" to provide greater reach over the cymbals, whilst simultaneously increasing the lever arm and striking inertia compared to a traditional 5A size.

Machined in Newport, Maine, from premium-grade hickory, its structure is highly resilient to repeated rimshots whilst effectively absorbing residual shock waves. Its medium neck ensures balanced swing and excellent responsiveness, adapting flexibly to all musical styles, from jazz to rock. Its wooden olive features a traditional teardrop-shaped geometry, a profile renowned for widening the contact area to project particularly rich, full, dark and warm cymbal tones.
