Amplifier Heads for Guitar

The 2-channel MVX150H 150W amp head features the famous Nutube high performance miniature lamp technology, renowned for its size and authentic tube amp grain. In order to fully express its capabilities, VOX has embellished the two preamplifier and power amp sections of this technology. The power amp, whose design is otherwise unpublished, also uses NuPower technology and achieves stunning sound quality and power, surpassing that of conventional tube amplifiers.

  • Similar in principle to a conventional lamp, the Nutube features an anode grid filament structure and functions exactly like a triode lamp. As a result, it generates the same characteristic harmonic richness. Thanks to Noritake Itron's vacuum electroluminescence technology, Korg has designed a component with reduced power consumption, miniaturized, which is superior to a traditional lamp.
  • The effects loop allows you to switch between parallel and series. The power level control allows you to adjust the level to 6 steps, while maintaining the feeling of volume and distortion. The MVX150C1 also has a "wet only" output that allows you to recover processed sound from the effects loop or internal reverb. The MVX150C1 also offers a very useful hp simulation output not only during live performances, but also in recording.
