With the Tourus+8, Wharfedale Pro pushes versatility to the limit. This 2-way passive loudspeaker features an 8" driver combined with a titanium diaphragm tweeter for clear reproduction across the entire spectrum. Its wide frequency response and maximum SPL of 124dB mean it can compete with much larger models.
Designed for the constraints of the field, the Wharfedale Tourus+8 is as utilitarian as it is discreet. With two ∅35 mm base plates (0° and -3°), five M8 fixing points and a 45° monitor angle, you can hang it, tilt it or place it on the ground, and it won't tell you a thing. Polypropylene outside, serious inside.
Connectivity is just as pragmatic: two Speakon inputs and one Speakon output for serial configurations. And if you're the kind of person who likes to wire things up without a net, it'll go with you without a moment's hesitation. We could have called it 'Tourus-tout-terrain', but that didn't sound as good. Wharfedale have kept it simple.
