In this white version, the MINO 8 E2 primarily adopts a different visual style, but retains the same objective: to offer an installation speaker capable of delivering a substantial sound level without compromising clarity. It is a design intended for spaces where one wishes to avoid compromising between impact and integration, particularly where the architectural environment calls for a certain aesthetic neutrality.

The combination of an 8-inch woofer and a 1.3-inch compression driver provides a solid foundation, with a response that does not overemphasise any single part of the frequency spectrum. The aim is rather to achieve a consistent sound across the entire usable frequency range, with sufficient presence in the bass to prevent the sound from sounding thin, whilst maintaining good articulation of vocals and rhythmic elements.

This is a speaker capable of handling high volume levels without distortion, with its 200 W RMS and 400 W peak power. It retains plenty of headroom, which is important in environments where background music can sometimes become a little louder than expected. The 90 dB sensitivity also plays a part here, making it easy to drive without having to push the amplifier unnecessarily.

The high-density fibre construction clearly contributes to the overall performance: minimal colouration, a sense of rigidity, and a sound projection that remains clean even when the system is under strain. This is not an ‘effect’ speaker; rather, it is a stable sound reproduction tool, designed to remain consistent over time.

The 80° x 50° dispersion pattern allows for precise control over coverage, which is useful in spaces where acoustics are not always easy to manage. This prevents unnecessary spill-over whilst ensuring good uniformity within the listening area.
