Wolfmix - Wolfmix Wing

Wolfmix, with its WING, supports up to 8 DMX universes when used in parallel with a W1 controller, thereby increasing the available addressing capacity for the projectors. This extension is suitable for set-ups where several lighting circuits need to remain centralised on a single platform during performances.

Cue List playback structures lighting sequences with customised fade and hold times. The GO and Cancel controls provide direct access to scheduled changes, with a defined timeline for each stage transition and each recall, without having to navigate through several successive menus.

Control mode prioritises immediate adjustment of the projectors’ main parameters, depending on their function, using a logic similar to that of traditional lighting consoles. Dimmers, colours, focus, gobos and prisms remain accessible according to the functions available on the controlled equipment, without adding extra navigation levels, to facilitate quick adjustments from the control surface whilst a sequence is in progress.

The customisable mapping adapts the layout of the control surface to the show’s content and control preferences. Buttons can be assigned functions or preset recalls, whilst faders control variable parameters, programme speeds or specific effect settings. This flexibility allows you to create an interface that is consistent with any working method, particularly when several functions need to remain accessible from a single control area, with a clear and organised layout.

The 8 motorised faders feature illuminated guides and are supported by 8 dedicated OLED screens, providing constant visual feedback on the controls. The 40 RGB pads complement the control surface with rapid triggering and immediate function display.

The connection is via a single USB-C cable, minimising the number of connections required between system components. The WING can also communicate with MIDI equipment, expanding its control capabilities and enabling integration into set-ups where multiple devices exchange commands.

Once synchronised with a W1, the WING can operate independently whilst retaining the elements necessary for control. This scalability allows the control surface to be gradually adapted to the expansion of the lighting rig and to control requirements, whilst maintaining a consistent organisation as the number and variety of functions accessible on stage increase. This continuity avoids the need to rethink the entire hardware logic with every new system upgrade.
