When the priority is to broadcast perfectly intelligible announcements in public spaces, the WORK CS 206 provides a suitable solution thanks to its acoustic column design. Its design ensures even sound coverage whilst minimising variations in sound level depending on the listeners’ position, making it particularly suitable for churches, railway stations, reception halls, schools and administrative buildings.

Sound reproduction is delivered by six 2-inch drivers combined with a 1-inch tweeter. This configuration prioritises the reproduction of vocal frequencies whilst maintaining good clarity for background music and safety announcements.

Compatible with 70 V and 100 V line systems, the CS 206 features a power selector that allows the output level to be easily adjusted according to the area to be covered. This flexibility makes it easy to integrate into public address systems spanning multiple spaces.

Its aluminium enclosure offers rigidity, lightness and excellent corrosion resistance. Combined with an IP66 protection rating, it allows for long-lasting installation both indoors and outdoors, even in environments exposed to the elements.

Thanks to its particularly discreet vertical design and the mounting brackets supplied, the WORK CS 206 can be easily fitted to a façade, a pillar or a wall whilst ensuring uniform sound coverage across a wide listening area.
