The WORK NEO 5A ES Black is based on the principle of a pair of active and passive speakers with optimised power management. The active speaker incorporates a two-channel amplifier that powers both its own driver and the associated passive speaker, providing a complete system without the need for a separate amplifier.

The distinctive feature of this ES version is its Auto-off function. A sensor constantly monitors for the presence of an audio input signal. If no signal is detected for a certain period, the amplifier automatically switches to standby mode to limit power consumption to less than 1 W. As soon as an audio signal is received, the system automatically resumes operation to resume playback.

Each speaker features a 5.25-inch woofer paired with a 0.5-inch tweeter. The power output is 2 × 25 W RMS, with a frequency response ranging from 60 Hz to 20 kHz. This configuration makes it suitable for music playback, voice announcements and installations requiring a discreet audio system.

Various sources can be connected via the two RCA inputs and the 3.5 mm mini-jack input available on the active speaker. Volume controls and bass and treble adjustments can be accessed directly from the system. The Euroblock amplifier output allows for easy connection to the passive speaker.

The polypropylene construction, combined with an aluminium grille and IP54 protection, enables use in a variety of installation environments. The wall brackets supplied allow each speaker to be positioned as required. The black finish (RAL 9004) ensures it blends discreetly into professional, commercial or residential spaces.
