The WORK PA 240 USB/R is designed for installations requiring the management of multiple sound zones from a single amplifier. Compatible with 4, 8 or 16-ohm low-impedance networks as well as 25, 70 and 100 V lines, it is suitable for a wide range of professional installations.

Its 240 W amplifier is combined with a built-in mixer, allowing several audio sources to be managed simultaneously. The unit features three microphone inputs, one line input, several auxiliary inputs and a dedicated input for telephone announcements or emergency broadcasts. Each channel has its own volume control, supplemented by a master volume control and bass/treble equalisation.

The PA 240 USB/R allows up to four broadcast zones to be selected independently. This function makes it easy to distribute background music or announcements according to the needs of each area without altering the entire system.

The built-in USB, SD and MMC player/recorder allows audio content to be played back and messages to be recorded directly onto the storage medium. The unit also features four announcement tones, a priority Telephone/Emergency input, a Pre-Out output for connecting an additional amplifier or an external processor, and a 1 W monitor output for monitoring the broadcast signal via a dedicated loudspeaker.

Its 19-inch rack-mountable design, with a height of 2 units, allows for integration into technical racks used in schools, administrative buildings, hotels, shopping centres, industrial sites or any other public address system requiring multi-zone management.
