The Zildjian I Family China 18" has been designed for drummers who want to add more contrast and personality to their set-up. Thanks to its thin weight, this china responds quickly under the sticks with a focused, trashy attack, perfect for underlining breaks, reinforcing transitions or accentuating more intense passages.
Its 18-inch diameter gives it a good presence without becoming too intrusive in the mix. The sound remains edgy, with that raw, slightly dirty texture typical of modern chinas, while retaining a certain definition thanks to the B8 alloy.
