Presentation
The Zildjian KP102 K Family cymbal set has been designed for drummers sensitive to deep textures and subtle dynamics. This selection from the K Family is based on fine cymbals that are engineered to react to the slightest touch.
The 14" Light hi-hat develops a supple, muffled sound, perfect for setting a tempo without rigidity. The 16" and 18" Paper Thin crashes set off a dark, full accent, with a rapid extinction that avoids any sonic overload. Their reduced weight facilitates nuances and encourages expressive playing. The 20" ride completes the package with soft definition, a broad harmonic carpet and a slightly more present bell to mark key beats.
The B20 bronze, hammered in a three-stage process, generates a palette rich in bass and complex harmonics. This hammering gives the instrument flexibility under the baton and a very natural feel. This pack lends itself particularly well to jazz, folk, ambient, dream pop, soft rock and acoustic projects. It supports the band without ever overwhelming the mix.
The cymbals can be easily integrated into intimate contexts, in the studio or on stage. This limited edition has been designed according to precise demand, with a coherent and balanced selection.
