Full Cymbals Pack

The Paiste PST 5 set of 4 cymbals combines a 14" hi-hat, an 18" crash, a 16" crash and a 20" ride in CuSn8 bronze, an alloy known for its clear, energetic tone. Each cymbal remains supple under the sticks thanks to a 2014 revision that has made the series lighter and more musical. This set covers today's styles with ease, from quiet shots to more forceful passages!

The Paiste PST 5 Universal Medium pack is designed to cover a wide range of situations.

The 14" hi hat keeps the sound clean and easy to read in a band, with a clean 'chick' that works equally well in tight rhythm or open play. The 18" crash adds a full rise that quickly fills the space without being intrusive. The 16" crash reacts even faster and adds a more direct accent to vary the dynamics. The 20" ride provides a clear ping, useful for keeping a steady tempo in a busy mix.

The whole unit is made from CuSn8 bronze, a material also known as 2002 bronze, known for its bright, centred character. Since the 2014 redesign, the PST 5s have become thinner and softer, resulting in a more pleasant feel and a slightly warmer sound. This evolution contributes to better musicality while retaining the lively feel of the series.
