The 6" blue Reflexx training pad, with its 2 striking surfaces, is ideal for drummers looking to improve their technique. It promotes control, strength, sensitivity and endurance, while allowing a wider range of striking speeds.

This double-sided training pad has softer, thicker surfaces than most training pads on the market.
The 20mm Flexx surface works well for all types of techniques and speeds, including those using the arm, wrist and fingers.
The other side features a 13mm Workk surface, which offers less bounce overall, while still providing a firmness that allows hits to be more audible than on a pillow or other completely dead surface.
The Workk surface is a good place to practise techniques that involve specific movements of the upper and lower arm and wrist that use a greater range of movement, at low to medium speeds.
