Allen & Heath M-ACE network card, 64x64 reliable digital channels to link your consoles and racks without loss or latency. ACE: Audio Control via Ethernet
ARTICLE N° 110748
Presentation
The M-ACE is an Allen & Heath expansion card designed to link the brand's digital consoles via a fast, stable point-to-point link. By integrating this module, you benefit from a 64x64 channel 24-bit digital audio stream, enough to manage a complete broadcast system, without worrying about losses or parasitic noise.
Thanks to its dedicated protocol, the M-ACE provides simple communication between two surfaces or between a console and an iDR stage rack. Where other technologies require complex set-up, this module can be installed quickly and operates extremely smoothly. For technicians, it means no surprises when it comes to deployment, even in demanding environments such as touring or fixed installation.
One of its major assets is its effective latency management. With rapid conversion and transfer, the signal remains perfectly synchronised, guaranteeing a coherent audio experience, whether for an amplified orchestra, a conference or a live performance. Sound engineers gain in precision and peace of mind.
The M-ACE also features a digital split function, making it possible to send the same stream to several systems, for example to feed a front-of-house console and a monitor console simultaneously. It's a much simpler and cleaner alternative to a traditional analogue split, which often generates hiss and requires additional cabling.
Designed to last, this module fits directly into the expansion slots of Allen & Heath consoles, without the need for an external power supply. Its extensive compatibility with the iLive range and other Allen & Heath equipment makes it a reliable and durable investment for professional control rooms.
